Features Overview
Screenflex has been in business for 25 years so our designers and engineers understand quality. The materials are tested to the highest standards to produce durable, long-lasting, rolling room dividers.
Screenflex room dividers come with self-leveling casters. Self-leveling casters conform to the dips and rises in a floor’s surface, enabling the divider unit to glide effortlessly over uneven surfaces.
Room dividers experience the most stress where the outermost panels connect to the end frames. Screenflex has designed extra strength and stability into the dividers to keep them strong and stable for years.
Reducing noise is one of the primary motivations people have when purchasing dividers. You can expect to block up to 65% of the sound depending on the height and configuration of the dividers.
Screenflex understand the importance of peace of mind and realise that once you have set up your screen you need to know that it will actually stay. Which is why the locking corner casters allow each divider to be positioned securely in place with a pedal-activated brake.
Our freestanding room dividers feature position-control hinges (PCHs) on the top of each hinge. When the divider is opened, the soft click of the PCHs means that each panel is being secured in a fixed position to keep the divider from shifting. PCHs work automatically, applying just the right amount of position-holding tension on each hinge.
The storage latch automatically engages when the room divider is fully closed keeping the panels securely in place when moving folding room dividers from place to place. To open the divider, simply release the locking lever and walk the divider open into position.
These tackable panels are like a bulletin board where you can pin, staple or tack directly onto the panels. Screenflex partitions are constructed using 3/4 inch panels made out of closed cell honeycomb core paired with a fibreglass facing and covered with stitch bond polyester fabric.
